Diverse expertise
Established in 1983, LTR-Rakennus Ltd. is a family-run business. We have offices in Kemi, Oulu and Nurmijärvi. In addition to industrial and commercial facility construction and repairs, we carry out challenging projects that require special expertise across Finland. Our customers include industrial facilities, the public sector, banks and insurance companies as well as housing and property companies. In recent years, our annual turnover has been around 35 million euros on average. We employ about 100 construction professionals.
Certified operating system
LTR-Rakennus’s operating system complies with the ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational safety) standards. The system is audited annually by Inspecta.
Certificates
We are certified in compliance with the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out.

Nationwide worker and supplier network
Our worker and supplier network covers the entire country. We can react to changing circumstances rapidly because our extensive network enables us to transfer resources to any location where they are needed.
We familiarise ourselves with all our worksites
We prepare a site-specific quality plan, an occupational safety plan and an environmental protection plan for all our projects. These plans also cover sub-contracts and procurement.
